Welcome to Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil Engineering College's youth festival site on the Web. This annual festival is hosted once a year by the students of the college. This year it is being held on the 3rd, 4th & 5th March 1999. You can obtain information about the various events, prizes and sponsors of the festival here, updated daily during the festival.

To set the ball rolling , we begin with a "Treasure Hunt" ( mind blowing car & bike race covering about 35-40 km area in Bombay) which, as mentioned above, will be held on the 1st of March. This will be followed by the main festival on the 3rd,4th and 5th of March. And as usual there are the events guaranteed to blast your minds into a totally different dimension......

There's "Visual Impact" , our glitzy dance contest and the Fashion Show, our Mega-show stopper event. This year the fashion show will be in 2 phases, one being the professional show and the other being the contest, with college teams contesting for cool prizes. Plus this year we have a new event - D.J. Mixing with Raindance, a FUSION original, and this year the Personality Contest is not to be missed where we will crown Mr. & Ms. FUSION '98.

Besides these show-stoppers we also have a plethora of usual events falling into various categories like Fine Arts , Musical Events, Literary Events , Performing Arts and the like. Budding writers , forceful debators , witty personalities and deft artists, there's gonna be an event of interest to them all. The Hard Sell , Press Conference, Antakshari and the rest are some of the biggest crowd-pullers among the day events. Not to forget the crazy and wild Informals that has everyone at their whackiest and naughtiest best.Then there is the Technical Quiz and a Paper Presentation for the 'techies'

All these events will be judged by prominent personalities from related fields and to grace both days of FUSION '98 ,there will be various celebrities as special guests. So Be There or Be Square.....
